At Designed for Dogs, we want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
